Experienced Greenhouse Production Manager in El Cajon

Job Description

A family-owned and operated wholesale nursery is looking for an Experienced Production Manager to join their team. Qualified candidates must have a background in greenhouse growing with a focus on bedding plants and flowers. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 3+ years of greenhouse growing experience
• Experience with both perennial and annual bedding plants and flowers
• Full knowledge of fertilizers, chemicals, feed, and water scheduling
• Proficient in Quick books, Excel, and Microsoft Word
• Detailed oriented and comfortable working alongside the company owners
• Able to maintain professional relationships with clients and adhere to the company’s code of ethics
