• Own the Schedule – Superintendents and PMs are equals here—you’ll build and control the project timeline.
• Lead High-Impact Projects – Manage post-tension concrete high-rises, on nationwide projects, with the ability to travel from anywhere.
• Drive Success – Oversee all field operations, from preconstruction through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Proven experience managing post-tension concrete high-rise projects.
• Ability to build a project schedule (not just a 6-week look-ahead).
• Willingness to travel for nationwide projects.
