Our firm is seeking a mid-level attorney with 3–7 years of experience to join our growing class action employment (wage and hour) practice. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who thrives in complex litigation and wants to take on meaningful class action employment matters within a collaborative, high-performing team.
As a class action employment attorney, you will work on large-scale wage and hour cases, collaborate with senior litigators, and manage significant portions of class action employment files. The right attorney will bring strong litigation skills, excellent writing abilities, and a passion for advancing impactful class action employment claims.
Responsibilities:
Handle all phases of class action employment litigation, including investigations, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and mediation.
Work closely with partners and senior counsel as a key attorney on wage and hour class action cases.
Draft motions, briefs, and filings in complex class action employment matters.
Manage discovery, including reviewing documents, taking depositions, and preparing for hearings.
Maintain strong client communication and contribute to overall class action strategy as a proactive attorney.
Qualifications:
3–7 years of employment litigation experience, ideally with exposure to class action employment cases.
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills expected of a mid-level attorney.
Experience with wage and hour statutes and employment law frameworks.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a class action team environment.
