What You’ll Do:
- Lead transformative roadway and hydraulic design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet AASHTO, INDOT, and DOT standards.
- Oversee project scopes, budgets, proposals, and schedules.
- Mentor and inspire a team of Project Managers, Engineers, and Technicians.
- Manage client relationships for local, state, and federal transportation projects.
- Use AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and GeoPAK to design innovative solutions.
What You Need:
- 25+ years of civil engineering experience, specifically road design.
- PE license in Indiana (or ability to obtain one).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (Required).
- Proven experience in Design-Build and P3 projects.
- Experience with DOT projects is a plus.
- Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, GeoPAK, and InRoads.
- Strong leadership, client management, and risk assessment skills.
