As a Healthcare Architect/Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on a wide range of healthcare projects—from hospitals and outpatient clinics to medical office buildings and specialized treatment facilities. You’ll be the key point of contact for clients, guide internal teams, and ensure that every project is delivered with precision, creativity, and care.
Lead projects through all phases, from concept to closeout
Collaborate directly with clients to understand needs, shape solutions, and exceed expectations
Manage project timelines, budgets, staffing, and resource allocation
Mentor and guide less experienced team members and foster a collaborative, supportive work environment
Oversee and participate in the production of drawings and construction documents using design software (Revit preferred)
Ensure code compliance, design integrity, and quality across all deliverables
Help build and maintain lasting client relationships through clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and trusted partnership
Minimum 3+ years of healthcare design experience in an architecture firm
Registered Architect, or in the process of obtaining licensure
Demonstrated experience managing healthcare projects from start to finish
Strong leadership and communication skills — you’re comfortable managing clients, leading internal teams, and mentoring junior staff
Experience designing healthcare environments such as hospitals, clinics, and specialty medical facilities
Proficiency in Revit and other design software (preferred)
Knowledge of healthcare building codes, regulations, and best practices
A proactive, detail-oriented, and organized mindset
