What We're Looking For:

  • Experienced Advocate: You possess a minimum of 4 years of dedicated experience as a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney. You've honed your skills in all phases of personal injury litigation, from initial client intake and case evaluation to discovery, negotiation, and settlement.
  • Trial-Ready: While not strictly required, a proven track record of trial experience is highly preferred. Our client seeks attorneys who are confident and capable of taking cases to verdict when necessary, demonstrating strong courtroom presence and persuasive advocacy.
  • Client-Centric Approach: You are passionate about advocating for injured individuals and possess a deep understanding of the emotional and financial challenges they face. Your ability to build rapport, communicate complex legal concepts clearly, and provide compassionate counsel is paramount.

Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing a diverse caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters, including but not limited to, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury cases.
  • Conducting thorough case evaluations, investigations, and legal research.
  • Drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Engaging in extensive discovery, including depositions and interrogatories.
  • Negotiating with insurance companies and opposing counsel to achieve favorable settlements.
  • Preparing cases for trial, including witness preparation, exhibit management, and trial strategy development.
  • Representing clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings.
  • Maintaining consistent and clear communication with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the legal process.
