Carpenter
A highly respected custom home builder known for crafting luxury residences is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join its growing team in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. This company has built a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering some of the area's finest custom homes.

Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of rough and finish carpentry tasks on custom home projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans
- Install framing, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, siding, and other finish materials
- Assist with layout, material takeoffs, and project preparation
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Coordinate with Superintendents, project teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Identify and resolve construction issues in the field
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
- Ensure projects meet company quality standards and building code requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of carpentry experience preferred
- Residential construction experience required
- Custom home or high-end residential experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong understanding of framing, finish carpentry, and general construction practices
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
