Partner-Level Attorney

Location: Kentucky

Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner-Level Attorney with a strong background in estate planning and/or transactional business and employment law . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in their practice area, exceptional leadership skills, and a desire to contribute to the firm’s growth and success. Book of business is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex legal matters in your area of expertise, providing strategic advice to clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
  • Mentor and develop junior attorneys and support staff.
  • Participate in business development initiatives to grow the firm’s client base.
  • Stay updated on legal trends and changes in legislation relevant to your practice area.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant legal experience, with a demonstrated history of success in estate planning, commercial real estate, or general corporate law.
  • Admission to the Virginia State Bar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • A strong network and business development acumen is a plus.
