Inside Coordinator:

Our client is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inside Coordinator to support their sales team at a leading recreation dealership. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless sales process by handling administrative tasks, customer transactions, and inventory tracking.

Key Responsibilities for Inside Coordinator:

• Assist sales staff in processing all necessary paperwork from the start to completion of a sale.
• Collect down payments and submit required documentation to the DMV/DNR for titles and registration.
• Process and track warranties for sold units.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming inventory and ensure system updates.
• Update the dealership’s website with current inventory and promotions.
• Conduct customer follow-ups to enhance satisfaction and address inquiries.
• Verify finance paperwork for accuracy and ensure proper filing of all documents.
• Review invoices to confirm accuracy before processing.

Qualifications for Inside Coordinator:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in an administrative or sales support role preferred.
• Knowledge of DMV/DNR processes for titling and registration is a plus.
• Proficiency in computer systems and website updating.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
