Project Manager / Estimator – Sitework & Utilities
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator with a strong background in commercial sitework, excavation, and underground utilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience estimating and subsequently managing projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for excavation, grading, and utility projects
Manage awarded projects through completion, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality standards are met
Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients
Assist with takeoffs, proposals, and change orders
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
Preferred Experience:
Bid2Win or other automated estimating software
Foundations Construction Software (a plus, not required)
Experience in marine construction (piers, docks, piling, seawalls, shoreline stabilization) is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $80,000–$120,000 (depending on experience)
