One of our top Commercial Construction Companies is seeking a experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee and manage projects across the country. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.  This is a great opportunity and is a Monday - Thursday work week!!

Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, and designers to ensure that project specifications and requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
  • Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Manage on-site personnel and ensure that all workers are properly trained and following all safety protocols.
  • Maintain an organized and safe job site, adhering to all OSHA regulations.
  • Travel to project sites across the country, as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a superintendent
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and tools.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites across the country.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
