We are partnering with a highly respected and established General Contractor actively seeking a Senior level Superintendent to lead complex commercial construction projects across the region. With a strong pipeline in Ground-Up Retail, Industrial, and Healthcare, this is an exciting opportunity to join a company that values long-term relationships, quality builds, and strong leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead field operations from pre-construction through closeout on commercial construction projects.
Manage and coordinate daily jobsite operations, including schedules, subcontractors, safety compliance, and quality control.
Act as the primary site leader for client communication, project execution, and on-site issue resolution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of all project phases.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
Proven success delivering ground-up projects in Retail, Industrial, and Healthcare sectors. With projects $15M+.
Established relationships with local subcontractors and clients in the San Antonio area.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of project scheduling, safety standards (OSHA), and quality assurance practices.
