Join a highly respected and well-established civil engineering firm known for delivering innovative land development solutions across commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects. The team is growing, and we’re looking for a Land Development Engineer who is passionate about design, site planning, and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Design and assist with site layouts, grading, stormwater, and utility plans
Coordinate with team members and clients to develop efficient and compliant plans
Prepare construction documents, reports, and permit applications
Participate in zoning and entitlement processes
Qualifications:
EIT required; PE preferred
3+ years of relevant experience in land development design
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Microstation is a PLUS!
Strong communication and project coordination skills
