A respected and well-established plaintiff firm in Seattle is seeking an experienced Employment Attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated litigator who is passionate about representing employees and advocating for workplace fairness.

Position Overview:
• Handle all aspects of employment law cases, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims.
• Manage cases from intake through trial or resolution, with a strong focus on client communication and case strategy.
• Conduct discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Collaborate with a skilled team of attorneys dedicated to advancing employee rights.
• Represent clients before federal and state courts, as well as administrative agencies.

Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active New York Bar license in good standing.
4+ years of experience in employment litigation, preferably on the plaintiff side.
• Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases independently.
• Passion for employee advocacy and commitment to justice in the workplace.
