As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality metal parts and components.

Responsibilities:

- Program and set up CNC machines using 3D CAD and/or SolidWorks panel bender programming software

- Utilize basic machine and CAD experience to ensure accurate and efficient production

- Fabricate sheet metal parts according to technical drawings and blueprints

- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or logistical issues that may arise during production

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and improve quality Essential

Job Functions:

- Proficient in operating CNC machines and programming turret punches

- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and Bill of Materials (BOMs)

- Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of CNC Swiss machines

- Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications and adhere to quality standards

- Maintain documentation and records of production activities

Skills:

- Knowledgeable on CNC Swiss Machinery

- Minimum 5 years of experience in 3D CAD and/or SolidWorks panel bender programming

- Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
