  • Account Management:

    • Manage and strengthen relationships with Mercy Care and Banner to ensure consistent service and address potential changes.
    • Drive client acquisition and support the growth of services across all contracts.
  • Sales and Client Acquisition:

    • Develop outreach initiatives to connect with veterans and Medicaid beneficiaries throughout Arizona.
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by onboarding new clients.
    • Build a referral network with case managers, community organizations, and healthcare providers.
  • Caregiver Recruitment (Preferred):

    • Work with recruitment teams to ensure the hiring of qualified caregivers.
    • Partner with CNA training schools, job boards, and local communities to attract qualified caregivers.
  • Relationship Management:

    • Act as the liaison between the organization and key stakeholders at TriWest, Arizona Complete Health Care, Mercy Care, and Banner.
    • Ensure strong, collaborative relationships to support service delivery.
  • Operational Support:

    • Provide insights on market trends, client needs, and operational challenges.
    • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and contract requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    • 3–5 years in business development or sales, preferably in home care, insurance, or a related field.
    • Experience working with TriWest, VA programs, or AHCCCS Medicaid health plans is a plus.
    • Proven success in client acquisition and exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills:

    • Strong sales, negotiation, and networking skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Network:

    • Existing relationships with Arizona healthcare organizations and VA hospitals is a significant advantage.

Compensation and Benefits:
