Gpac is partnered with a well-established, top-tier agricultural company in Colorado that is seeking an Energy Director to lead and grow its energy division. This role provides oversight of day-to-day operations, ensures performance goals and margins are met, and drives new business

development across energy and agronomy services. The company is known for its strong culture, long-term stability, and investment in leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage an energy department of approximately 15 employees
  • Direct oversight of drivers, service manager, technicians, logistics coordination, and sales
  • Ensure operational efficiency, safety, profitability, and growth
  • Drive energy and propane sales while collaborating with agronomy leadership
  • Support strategic planning, budgeting, and margin performance

Qualifications: 

  • Proven leadership and people management experience
  • Strong business, operational, and sales acumen
  • Prior energy or propane experience preferred
  • Will consider strong ag professionals ready to step into senior leadership
  • Experience across energy sales, propane, agronomy sales, agronomy management, or operations is a plus
