Seeking a 2-5 years' ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY with Commercial and Business Litigation experience, for a reputable, mid-sized Insurance Defense firm in Houston. The ideal candidate coming with experience in business-related disputes, arbitration panels, handling commercial cases in state and federal courts throughout Texas; also welcoming candidates that are interested and willing to learn. This role will include a special emphasis on commercial litigation, discovery and motion pracice through mediation and trials; it requires strong writing skills and attention to detail. A motivated and resourceful individual will thrive here for future career growth opportunities in complex commercial and high-dollar cases, in a team-oriented, collegial work environment.
Starting base compensation DOE $130K- $150K, bonus structure, full suite benefits, 401K. Join a team of skilled business attorneys practicing in sophisticated legal issues on complex litigation. Position is daily in-office.
