Job Description

🚨 Now Hiring: Case Manager – Personal Injury Law 🚨

📍 Houston, TX | 💼 Full-Time | Fast-Paced | Growth-Oriented

Are you a Case Manager who thrives under pressure, keeps things organized, and doesn’t scare easily? Have 3+ years of plaintiff's personal injury law experience and know how to juggle clients, attorneys, and deadlines like a pro? If so, we need YOU!

We’re a team-oriented firm near downtown Houston, offering free parking, great colleagues, and zero micromanaging (because we trust you to know what you’re doing).

🔹 What You’ll Do (Besides Being an Office Hero):
✔ As a Case Manager, you’ll help clients find medical providers & track their treatments (because WebMD isn’t always right)
✔ Keep clients & attorneys updated—without making them chase you
✔ Conduct client intakes (phone, email, text, in-person—carrier pigeon not required)
✔ Schedule meetings & translate for Spanish-speaking clients
✔ File legal documents, manage case files & keep everything running smoothly
✔ Handle general office duties—aka the stuff that keeps the firm from imploding

🔹 Must-Have Skills (Because We’re Not Babysitters):
3+ years as a Case Manager in a Personal Injury law firm (non-negotiable)
Experience with personal injury client software (because sticky notes won’t cut it)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – clear communication is a must
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
✔ Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines—we don’t do extensions!
✔ A great attitude, strong work ethic & no drama

If you’re a Case Manager who’s reliable, sharp, and thrives in a fast-paced legal setting, let’s talk!

💰 Competitive pay based on experience!

P.S. If you don’t have 3+ years as a Case Manager in Personal Injury law, this isn’t the gig for you—but we wish you luck! 🚀
