Construction Safety Manager
Sioux Falls, SD

A well-respected construction company in Sioux Falls is seeking a dedicated Safety Manager to lead and oversee safety programs across its projects. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in building a strong safety culture while working with a team that values both its employees and the communities it serves.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain jobsite safety programs and procedures in compliance with OSHA and company standards

  • Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance and address hazards proactively

  • Provide training and guidance to field teams on best practices in workplace health and safety

  • Act as the main point of contact for incident investigations and ensure proper reporting and corrective actions

  • Partner with project managers, foremen, and crews to reinforce a safe and productive work environment

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous safety experience in construction preferred, but open to individuals with strong leadership and safety backgrounds looking to grow into the role

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and lead by example

  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple projects at once

  • Fluent in Spanish
