Construction Safety Manager

A well-respected construction company in Sioux Falls is seeking a dedicated Safety Manager to lead and oversee safety programs across its projects. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in building a strong safety culture while working with a team that values both its employees and the communities it serves.
What You’ll Do:
Develop, implement, and maintain jobsite safety programs and procedures in compliance with OSHA and company standards
Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance and address hazards proactively
Provide training and guidance to field teams on best practices in workplace health and safety
Act as the main point of contact for incident investigations and ensure proper reporting and corrective actions
Partner with project managers, foremen, and crews to reinforce a safe and productive work environment
Qualifications:
Previous safety experience in construction preferred, but open to individuals with strong leadership and safety backgrounds looking to grow into the role
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and lead by example
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple projects at once
