Sr. Restoration Construction General Manager in Virginia

About the Opportunity: A leading company in the restoration industry is seeking a highly experienced General Manager to oversee its operations in the Charlottesville, VA area. This role requires a seasoned professional with a solid background in restoration management and expertise in both MIT (mitigation) and Recon (reconstruction). We offer a competitive salary starting at $120K+, with a comprehensive benefits package. For the right candidate, salary and relocation assistance are negotiable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring successful project completion for both mitigation and reconstruction services.
• Drive operational efficiency and growth in the business.
• Manage and mentor a team of restoration professionals.
• Oversee project timelines and ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

• 5-7+ years of experience in restoration management, including a deep understanding of MIT and Recon services.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Tri Cities, WA, if necessary (relocation support available).
