A well-regarded law firm in St. Louis is seeking a Business Litigation Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join their dynamic litigation team.
The ideal candidate will have substantive experience in business and commercial litigation, with the ability to navigate complex disputes and provide strategic, results-driven counsel to clients across a variety of industries.
Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of litigation from initial pleadings through resolution.
Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and participate in trials, hearings, or mediations.
Advise business clients on risk mitigation, dispute strategy, and litigation exposure.
Work closely with partners and clients to build effective case strategies and drive successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school and active Missouri Bar admission (Illinois a plus).
3–5 years of experience in business and/or commercial litigation.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently.
