About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Commercial Door Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial overhead door systems. Experience with steel doors and high-speed doors is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain commercial overhead door systems.

  • Troubleshoot and service a range of doors including steel and high-speed models.

  • Work safely using ladders (up to 12 feet), scissor lifts, and power tools.

  • Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.

  • Drive to job sites and interact professionally with customers.

  • Accurately complete work orders and related paperwork.


Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience with commercial overhead door systems.

  • Experience with steel doors and/or high-speed doors is a plus.

  • Must be comfortable on ladders (up to 12 feet) and scissor lifts.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUIs).

  • Able to pass a drug screen.

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Competitive pay range of $24–$36/hour, depending on experience
