Electrical Contracting Job Foreman – Project Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage electrical contracting projects from start to finish.
Supervise and coordinate field crews to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy in project execution.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, subcontractors, and project managers.
Electrical Contracting Job Foreman – Leadership & Coordination:
Lead and mentor electrical crew members, ensuring high-quality workmanship and efficiency.
Conduct on-site inspections and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Coordinate material deliveries and equipment needs to keep projects on schedule.
Monitor job progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Implement solutions to maintain project time-lines and cost-effectiveness.
Electrical Contracting Job Foreman – Safety & Compliance:
Enforce workplace safety procedures to maintain a hazard-free environment.
Conduct safety meetings and training sessions for field personnel.
Identify and resolve job site challenges to ensure seamless work-flow and productivity.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience as an Electrical Contracting Job Foreman or similar supervisory role in the electrical industry.
Proven ability to manage commercial, industrial, and residential electrical projects.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and construction processes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
Experience managing project schedules and budgets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Stable work history.
