We’re seeking an experienced Workers’ Comp Attorney to join our supportive and relaxed team. This full-time position is ideal for an attorney with at least 2 years of workers’ comp experience, preferably on the defense side. What You’ll Do:

  • Manage your own caseload of workers’ comp cases from inception through resolution

  • Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trials

  • Draft motions, pleadings, and legal correspondence related to workers’ comp matters

  • Work directly with clients, insurers, and medical providers

  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of attorneys who value professionalism without the pressure

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of workers’ comp experience 

  • Must be a licensed attorney in the state of Oklahoma

  • Strong litigation, communication, and case management skills

  • Ability to work independently while being a team player

  • Desire to grow within a firm that encourages leadership and long-term vision
