Preconstruction Engineer in Milwaukee

Position Overview:
As our Preconstruction Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the success of our projects from day one. You’ll lead the preconstruction process, collaborating closely with design, development, and operations teams to ensure accurate, competitive, and comprehensive estimates. Your background in design-build environments and high-value project estimation will be essential to our continued success.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, or project engineering roles
• Experience supporting large-scale ($100M+) commercial or high-end residential projects
• Exposure to design-build environments and collaborative delivery models
• Proficiency with estimating tools and software (e.g., Bluebeam, Revit, Excel, Sage, ProEst)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to interpret plans, drawings, and specification
