⭐ What You’ll Do:
Manage civil construction projects from start to closeout (earthwork, site development, utilities, paving, etc.)
Oversee budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and client communication
Lead field teams with a focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery
Coordinate daily with Superintendents and internal leadership
Ensure project goals and profitability benchmarks are met
Maintain accurate documentation and reports throughout the project lifecycle
⭐ What They’re Looking For:
3–10+ years of Project Management experience in civil construction
Strong understanding of soils, heavy equipment, earthwork, and utilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proven track record delivering safe, high-quality work
