Commercial Insurance Account Manager for Property & Casualty

We are looking for a qualified Commercial Lines Account Manager with a minimum of 3-5 years of insurance agency experience working as an Account Manager. A valid Property & Casualty insurance license is required. We're a family owned full service insurance agency with great culture. The role offers the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement.

Commercial Lines Account Manager Duties & Responsibilities

• Licensed Property & Casualty individual to provide excellent customer service whilemanaging an existing book of Commercial business.
• Provide support to producers and clients to pre-qualify, quote and place Commercialinsurance.
• Build and maintain highly effective relationships with and between carriers, producersand other staff.
• Continually review clients’ coverage, suggesting improvements and rounding out theaccount when possible.
• Support producers in the marketing of both new and renewal accounts.
• Adhere to agency workflows and procedures for all tasks.

Commercial Lines Account Manager Qualifications

• P&C license with thorough understanding of basic insurance concepts and principles.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of agency experience.
• Excellent grammar and communication skills.
• Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently.
• Able to effectively set priorities and manage one’s time.
• Highly organized and detail oriented, allowing one to thrive in a fast-paced environmentwith varied responsibilities.
• Strong computer skills
