Job Description

An established general contractor is hiring a Assistant Project Manager – Senior Living Construction for senior living construction work in the Chicago area. This is a hands-on role with a team that values delivery and clear communication.

What You'll Do

• Support the Project Manager end to end
• Track RFIs, submittals, change orders and minutes
• Help with buyout, schedules and owner updates
• Spend time in the field learning how the work gets built

What You Bring

• APM or PE experience with a general contractor
• Organized with documentation and follow-through
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Willingness to learn in the field

• Pay range $75K–$100K plus bonus and benefits
