Lead our team of A&P techs in the shop
Maintain and repair light GA aircraft (piston singles/twins, light jets)
Troubleshoot systems, coordinate with other teams, and ensure high compliance standards
Must-Have:
A&P License + IA Certification
3–5+ years of piston GA experience
U.S. work authorization
Valid driver’s license
Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
Nice-to-Have:
PT6 or light jet experience
Avionics troubleshooting/install background
Familiarity with Piper, Beechcraft, or other legacy piston models
