πŸ”§ What You’ll Own
βœ” Direct and mentor the quality team, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement
βœ” Oversee food safety programs (HACCP, GMP, Preventive Controls) and audit readiness
βœ” Lead internal and supplier audits; manage and resolve corrective actions (SCARs)
βœ” Collaborate across departments to enhance quality, reduce scrap, and drive efficiency
βœ” Analyze quality metrics and deliver actionable insights to improve product performance
βœ” Support root cause analysis, traceability systems, and compliance with global certifications
βœ” Train staff on quality tools, SOPs, and process controls

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • 5–7 years of experience in quality leadership within a manufacturing environment

  • Strong knowledge of bag-making machine operations

  • Hands-on experience with ISO 9001, BRC, or FSSC 22000

  • HACCP/GMP certifications (FSSC a strong plus)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and quality tracking systems

  • Statistical analysis and process improvement experience
