🔧 What You’ll Own
✔ Direct and mentor the quality team, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement
✔ Oversee food safety programs (HACCP, GMP, Preventive Controls) and audit readiness
✔ Lead internal and supplier audits; manage and resolve corrective actions (SCARs)
✔ Collaborate across departments to enhance quality, reduce scrap, and drive efficiency
✔ Analyze quality metrics and deliver actionable insights to improve product performance
✔ Support root cause analysis, traceability systems, and compliance with global certifications
✔ Train staff on quality tools, SOPs, and process controls
What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
5–7 years of experience in quality leadership within a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of bag-making machine operations
Hands-on experience with ISO 9001, BRC, or FSSC 22000
HACCP/GMP certifications (FSSC a strong plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and quality tracking systems
Statistical analysis and process improvement experience
