Survey CAD Technician in Minneapolis

Job Description

I am partnered with a leading multi-disciplined consulting firm that offers a full range of services to both public and private sector clients and they are looking to add a Survey CAD Technician to their team.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze surveys, field notes, maps, and other materials to identify potential project constraints and the best approach in developing and completing projects on time and on budget
• Support the survey team by producing certificates of survey, as-builts documents, ALTA/NSPS Surveys, final plat documents and field computations for survey field crews
• Perform first-level QA/QC checks for completeness

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of experience 
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil3D
• Understand field-to-finish workflow
• Experience with boundaries, deeds, legal descriptions, right-of-way and easements
• Experience in ORD, MNDOT specifications, Bentley products, and/or REVIT
