Need CNC Programmer to create and optimize programs, support shop operations, and help drive production efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM software (Mastercam preferred), selecting tools, feeds, and speeds. Familiar with SolidWorks a plus
Read technical drawings to define specs, cutting paths, and setups
Maintain setup sheets, tooling lists, and documentation
Troubleshoot, revise, and validate programs to ensure accuracy
Collaborate with machinists and engineers to resolve issues and improve processes
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of CNC programming with blueprint reading and machining knowledge
Skilled with lathes, mills, and multi-axis applications
Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain controls
Technical degree or equivalent experience preferred
