Position Overview:
Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for commercial projects in the Great Falls area. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, and supervising field staff.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and company quality standards.
• Maintain project schedules, identify potential delays, and implement solutions to keep timelines on track.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols, including OSHA standards.
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and project managers.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and project documentation.
• Oversee material deliveries, inventory management, and equipment usage.
• Proactively address and resolve issues to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Proven track record managing ground-up projects from start to finish. 
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
