Service Coordinator – Mechanical Construction
Full-Time | Onsite

An established mechanical contracting firm is looking to add a Service Coordinator to support its service and construction teams. This role helps manage service requests, organize schedules, and keep daily operations running efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a main point of contact for incoming service needs

  • Schedule and dispatch technicians for repairs, inspections, and warranty work

  • Track service tickets, work orders, and project updates

  • Maintain accurate documentation such as permits, submittals, change orders, and closeout materials

  • Coordinate materials or equipment required for service work

  • Communicate updates with clients, vendors, field staff, and internal teams

  • Assist with invoicing, billing, and service follow-ups

  • Support project managers with scheduling and project documentation

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in service coordination, construction admin, dispatching, or related support work

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Clear, professional communication

  • Familiarity with construction or mechanical trades is helpful

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with service or job-tracking software is a plus
