Duties

• Lead and oversee multiple heavy civil construction projects simultaneously
• Build, mentor, and motivate high-performing project teams
• Manage operations, staffing, schedules, budgets, and resources
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Develop strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
• Drive operational efficiency while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction

Experience

• Experience managing heavy civil construction operations or multiple large-scale projects
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Background in road, bridge, highway, or other heavy civil infrastructure projects
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project performance
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
