Location: Indianapolis, IN or South Bend, IN Salary Range: $110,000 – $125,000 annually

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage site design projects from concept to completion.

  • Mentor and guide high-performing civil engineering project teams.

  • Oversee budgets, schedules, client communication, and quality control.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on complex, multi-disciplinary projects.

  • Conduct technical reviews and ensure regulatory compliance across all phases.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through responsive service and project success.

  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and growing existing accounts.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil site design and project management

  • Strong understanding of engineering design principles, local regulations, and development processes

  • Proven ability to lead project teams, manage priorities, and exceed expectations

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills
