A well-established Miami-based law firm focusing exclusively on defense work, insurance, commercial bad faith, and complex litigation is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its team.
About the Role: This position supports attorneys handling large-scale, document-intensive litigation matters. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong experience with complex case management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize large volumes of discovery and case documents
Assist with preparation of pleadings, exhibits, and filings in state and federal courts
Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth case progression
Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and litigation databases
Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of paralegal experience in complex commercial or insurance defense litigation
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with e-discovery platforms and document management systems
Team-oriented with excellent attention to detail

Location: Downtown Miami (Hybrid – 4 days in-office, 1 remote)
