Senior Project Manager - Industrial/Commercial/Renewables

The primary responsibility of this position includes the leadership of a portfolio of assigned projects or customers, which includes new business development, estimating services, project management, controls, and field operations.

Senior Project Manager Duties:

• Under the direct supervision of Divisional Operations Manager:
• Provide training and project management support for Jr. PM’s and PM Assistants to aide in their professional development
• Manage higher profile projects and maintain relationships with clients
• Budgets, project buy-outs, scheduling, resource and workforce allocation, communication, safety, and client satisfaction
• Provide appropriate support, guidance, and input into the development and updating of project schedules, job cost, and other management reports
• Review and support 3D BIM modeling process to support prefabrication and best-in-class installation practices

Senior Project Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or equivalent electrical trade and/or supervisory experience
• Minimum of 5 years of PM or equivalent experience
• Experience in Commercial, Industrial, and Renewable Energy markets
• Basic skills include MS Office suite competency, Accubid or other estimating software, Primavera or other scheduling software Bluebeam software, Vista software programming, Auto Cadd/Revit/Navisworks 3D BIM modeling
• Maine-based or knowledgeable of the Maine and NH marketplaces
