Position Overview: As a Residential Homebuilding Purchasing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, ensuring the seamless coordination of purchasing activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to thrive in a rewarding and growth-oriented environment.

Core Responsibilities: Review budgets for errors and correct as necessary. Customize standard plans for specific lots by adding site-specific resources and quantities into estimates. Confirm the inclusion of all options and selections on purchase orders. Release purchase orders and schedules. Assist in creating option prices. Provide support to Construction staff during home construction. Control costs by meticulously reviewing all starts to avoid "extras." Generate monthly base home budget reports. Lead weekly team meetings.
