A highly respected General Contractor with a strong presence in commercial construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. This firm is known for delivering ground-up commercial projects $15M+ with exceptional quality, collaboration, and repeat client relationships.
We are specifically seeking a Project Manager with strong experience leading large commercial projects, and exposure to projects involving Tribal entities and Owner Direct Pay (ODP) processes is a significant plus.

Lead commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout
Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and quality control
Collaborate closely with owners, Tribal partners, architects, and consultants
Ensure compliance with ODP and Tribal requirements when applicable
Support a strong safety culture and client-first mindset throughout the project
5–10+ years of commercial construction project management
Experience overseeing projects $15M+
ODP and/or Tribal project experience highly preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Ability to build strong relationships with owners and project stakeholders
