A highly respected commercial general contractor in the D.C. market is expanding and looking for an Interior Project Manager to join their collaborative, high-performing team. We’re seeking a Commercial Interiors Project Manager who specializes in interior construction and tenant improvement  work. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience overseeing scopes such as drywall, flooring, paint, ceilings, lighting, and finish carpentry within commercial spaces.

If you have a background managing interior build-outs for offices, retail, or other commercial environments, we’d love to connect. This role is best suited for professionals with experience in construction project management, specifically focused on interiors.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage commercial interior construction projects from kickoff through completion

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and subs to deliver high-quality results

  • Monitor budgets, schedules, change orders, and contract compliance

  • Conduct site visits, lead progress meetings, and ensure safety and quality standards
