Director of Corporate Risk Solutions 

Compensation: $175,000 – $230,000+ 
Location: Greater Philadelphia Metro Area | Hybrid 

Our client, a major player in transportation and risk management, is seeking a Director of Corporate Risk Solutions Insurance to drive decision-making and oversight for large-scale insurance opportunities with existing corporate clients. This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior-level executive with strong commercial expertise and leadership experience. 

About the Role 

  • Lead initial vetting of opportunities to determine optimal internal placement: MGU, Captive, or Retail. 
  • Engage directly with large corporate clients and risk managers to assess needs and direct strategy. 
  • Provide indirect oversight of opportunities through execution, without handling placement. 
  • Collaborate with internal sales leadership and underwriting teams to ensure seamless delivery. 
  • Maintain engagement with 200+ major corporate clients, including Fortune 500 and blue-chip companies. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Serve as a trusted advisor for large corporate accounts in conventional auto business insurance. 
  • Evaluate risk financing options and guide brokers toward the right solution. 
  • Influence strategic decisions across multiple channels while staying connected to client outcomes. 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 10+ years in Commercial P&C insurance with large account casualty experience. 
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to engage with CEOs, risk managers, and senior stakeholders. 
  • Background in carrier or captive environments ideal, brokerage a plus 
  • Expertise in conventional business auto 
  • Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and lead through influence.
