Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a background in site work and wet utilities? A well-established civil contractor in the Dallas area (confidential) is actively hiring an experienced PM to take ownership of large-scale multifamily and commercial site development projects.
🔧 About the Work:
75% multifamily site development
25% commercial (big box and warehouse)
Responsible for managing full project lifecycle—scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor oversight, and client communication
✅ Ideal Background:
5+ years of project management experience in civil construction
Expertise in underground utilities, storm/sewer/water, and grading
Proven leadership managing field crews and subcontractors
