Our client, a prestigious accounting firm established in 2007 by former "Big Four" professionals, is seeking a Tax Senior to join their growing team. The Opportunity

This hybrid position offers exceptional work-life integration:

• 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
• 40-hour workweeks outside of tax season with 4-day workweek option
• Reasonable 50-hour workweeks during tax season with flexible scheduling
• Recently expanded with a new office in New York City

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex tax returns for high-net-worth individuals and businesses
• Conduct tax research and planning for wealthy clients
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Participate in estate and trust planning projects
• Collaborate with partners on specialized client engagements
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Qualifications

• 3+ years of public accounting experience with focus on tax preparation
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation with minimum 3.2 GPA
• Working towards or already met the 150-semester unit requirement for CPA licensure
• Experience with high-net-worth individuals, venture capital, hedge funds, real estate, or private equity preferred
• Proficiency in CCH Axcess, Document Engagement, ProSystem's, Microsoft Office
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000 per year
• Discretionary performance-based bonuses
• Work Schedule Flexibility: Option for 9-hour days Mon-Thurs (4-day workweeks) outside busy season
