The firm is an integrated financial services firm dedicated to creating transformations in life and business for executive families and entrepreneurs.

Lead Advisor I – Tax:

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships by providing proactive tax planning, consulting, and advisory services to help clients minimize tax liabilities, optimize financial strategies, and achieve their financial goals.
  • Build, lead, and manage a team of tax professionals by creating a collaborative and supportive work environment that fosters professional growth and development through mentorship-style guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and provide effective solutions to ensure the team’s successful execution of tax projects.
  • Prepare, review, and file various tax returns in an accurate and timely manner, while also ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Stay current with tax laws, regulations, and industry trends, and conduct research to provide insights and solutions to complex tax issues.

 

Expectations:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification and license
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in tax preparation, compliance, accounting, or advisory services, with a strong foundation in tax laws, regulations, and client interactions
  • Exceptional client service and interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • An ability to manage multiple projects/priorities and remain calm under pressure without sacrificing speed or accuracy in a deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Thomson Reuters UltraTax CS, SurePrep, QuickBooks Desktop/QuickBooks Online, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • High comfort level working in a technology-forward environment and high adaptability to learning new technology/software/accounting systems

 

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $95k+ depending on experience
