Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily on-site construction activities
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards
• Serve as a key point of communication between project teams, clients, and leadership

Qualifications:

• 5+ years proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
• Degree in Construction
