Location: Travel-based (Project Sites Across Region)

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations on complex heavy civil construction projects. This role requires full-time presence on active job sites, with relocation to the next project upon completion. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing work such as bridges, roadways, marine construction, dams, and wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs).
Lead day-to-day field operations and manage on-site crews and subcontractors
Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and inspectors
Enforce job site safety protocols and company policies
Maintain project documentation including daily reports, timekeeping, and progress tracking
Schedule labor, equipment, and material deliveries
Solve field issues quickly and efficiently to keep the project moving
5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction supervision
Strong knowledge of bridge, roadway, marine, WWTP, and/or dam construction
Proven ability to lead field crews and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Willingness to relocate with the project and travel as needed
OSHA certification and strong understanding of safety standards
Excellent communication and organizational skills
