What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own Your Portfolio: Manage a diverse range of personal insurance accounts, delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide Expert Advice: Engage with clients to assess their insurance requirements, offering insightful recommendations and competitive quotes that ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Guide Clients Through Claims: Serve as a trusted advisor during the claims process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from start to finish.
  • Stay Informed: Keep abreast of the latest insurance industry trends, including regulatory updates and new product offerings, to provide clients with cutting-edge advice.
  • Build Lasting Relationships: Foster strong, long-term client relationships through personalized service and consistent follow-up that enhances satisfaction and loyalty.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 2 years in personal lines insurance, with a solid understanding of policy types and coverage options.
  • Licensing: Must hold an active Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts while ensuring no detail is overlooked.
  • Customer-Centered Approach: A genuine desire to help others and provide top-tier service.
  • Team-Oriented: Ability to work independently, while contributing effectively in a collaborative, team-driven environment.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with insurance software and CRM systems to streamline processes and enhance client interactions.
