As a Roofing Sales Estimator, you’ll play a key role in winning high-profile commercial roofing projects by:
🐥 Developing accurate estimates, bids, and proposals that win business.
🌸 Performing detailed take-offs from drawings and site information.
🐇 Collaborating with sales and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
📋 Reviewing contracts for pricing and scope accuracy.
🌼 Managing documentation including submittals, change orders, and closeout packages.
🥕 Participating in pre-construction meetings to help projects bloom.
